Refund Policy for The Launch Hub

At The Launch Hub, we provide digital and physical products designed to help bloggers, small businesses, and entrepreneurs grow their ventures. Because many of our products are digital and instantly accessible upon purchase, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. That being said, if you purchase a physical product and have an issue we will work with you to make it right.
By purchasing a product from The Launch Hub, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Non-Refundable Digital Products – All purchases are for digital goods that cannot be returned. Since our products are intangible and irrevocable, we do not issue refunds once access has been granted.
- No Cancellations or Exchanges – Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not allow cancellations or exchanges after a purchase has been made.
- Technical Issues – If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased product, please contact our support team at hello@launchhub.co for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
- Unauthorized Purchases – If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately. However, we are not responsible for purchases made by unauthorized third parties.
