How You’ll Receive Your Digital Product

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an instant download link or login details (depending on the product type) via email.

  • Instant Downloads: If the product is a downloadable file (e.g., PDF, template, or workbook), you will receive a direct download link on the order confirmation page and in your email.
  • Membership & Course Access: If you purchased an online course or membership, you will receive login instructions via email to access your materials.

📩 Check Your Inbox: Your digital product delivery email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 10 minutes for delivery.

Troubleshooting & Common Issues

🔎 Didn’t Receive Your Email?
If you don’t see your purchase confirmation or download email:

🔑 Login Issues for Courses/Memberships?

  • Ensure you’re using the correct email and password.
  • Reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

Refund & Exchange Policy

As this is a digital product, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues preventing access, we’re happy to assist in resolving them.
